Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Nett Lab Vault website and purchases made through our store. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.

1. About Nett Lab Vault

Nett Lab Vault is an outdoor equipment retailer based at 2-29-3 Yayoicho, Nakano-ku, Tokyo 164-0013. We sell camping, hiking, shelter, carry, cooking, and navigation equipment.

2. Store information

We describe products, dimensions, materials, compatibility, and care requirements as accurately as practical. Colors and measurements may vary slightly between screens, production batches, and manufacturer updates.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order request is not accepted until Nett Lab Vault confirms availability and sends an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order when stock, pricing, payment, or delivery information cannot be verified.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is confirmed. You authorize the selected payment provider to process the confirmed order total, including applicable delivery charges and taxes.

5. Delivery

We provide an estimated dispatch window and tracking when available. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruption, customs, or events outside our reasonable control do not create a guarantee of delivery by a particular date.

6. Returns

Unused equipment may generally be returned within 60 days of delivery in resalable condition. Contact our gear desk before shipping a return; clearance items, opened fuel, and items damaged through use may have different eligibility.

7. Product warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply according to each maker's written terms. Nett Lab Vault will help you document a qualifying issue and coordinate the appropriate warranty route where the product is eligible.

8. Safe use of equipment

Outdoor equipment must be used according to its instructions and the conditions for which it was designed. Nett Lab Vault advice is informational and does not replace weather judgment, route planning, first-aid training, or local regulations.

9. Website use

You may browse and use the site for personal, lawful shopping and research. Do not interfere with site operation, scrape content at scale, submit malicious code, or impersonate another person or organization.

10. Intellectual property

Nett Lab Vault names, marks, photographs, copy, illustrations, and site design belong to Nett Lab Vault or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nett Lab Vault is not responsible for indirect loss, missed plans, or consequential damage arising from use or inability to use the site or equipment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute over an order, a return or these terms that cannot be resolved directly with our gear desk is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts covering Nakano Ward, Tokyo. Most order issues we see — a delayed parcel, a sizing question, a warranty claim — are resolved by a straightforward conversation, so we ask customers to contact us before pursuing a claim elsewhere.

13. Severability

If a court finds any one clause of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the agreement continues to apply, and we will read or replace the affected clause to match its original purpose as closely as the law allows. Choosing not to enforce a term on a particular order — accepting a late return once as a courtesy, for example — does not stop us from enforcing that same term on a future order.

14. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order to another person without our agreement, and an order confirmation is not a transferable voucher unless we state otherwise in writing. We may assign these terms in connection with a change in how the store is operated, provided your existing order and warranty rights are not reduced by that change.
